RETURNS & EXCHANGES
You are welcome to return or exchange any refundable item within 10 days of the date of delivery in its original packaging and condition, we will not accept returns of any items after 10 days, regardless of the reason for return (e.g damaged or not your cup of tea).
Once we are satisfied with the condition of the item you will be refunded via your original method of payment. Original shipping charges are non-refundable
Please note that we do not accept returns on custom made products and sale items.
Shipping fees are non-refundable and shipping fees associated with the making of returns are the responsibility of the customer and will not be refunded.
