Yes, all our products can be custom made to order. We have added a ‘special instructions’ box on checkout where you can request a custom size and contact us for your specific requirements / measurements
Yes, if you have a standard size ottoman / pouf you can order a new cover in a different colour (includes a matching fabric inner cover)
Our ottoman and pouf covers are removable and machine washable. All ottoman and pouf covers have a label with washing instructions attached.
Our ottomans are made with a high-density foam making them super firm and sturdy.
Handwash in 30˚c water, dry flat out of direct sunlight. Do not tumble dry.

SHIPPING
Yes, you can. Once the production of your product is completed you will receive a tracking number with your shipping confirmation email
Our orders are delivered door-to-door via The Courier Guy
KZN (Local): 1-2 days
JHB, Cape Town, surrounds and outlying: 2-3 days
Your home décor item will come wrapped in brown paper and securely covered with bubble wrap.
RETURNS
If you want to exchange a product to a different size or colour you can send us an email to info@croisehandmade.co.za and let us know which item, you would like to exchange. You will then receive return instructions and we will send you the new product within our stipulated lead time.
Unfortunately, we do not offer free returns at this point. You will have to cover the shipping costs for any returns yourself.
Oh no! We are so sorry that this has occurred. Please send a picture of the faulty item to info@croisehandmade.co.za and we will arrange an exchange for you. Of course, we will refund you any additional shipping costs that you may incur.
