We are passionate about our handmade products and to ensure that each product is made with the care it deserves our lead times vary between 15 – 21 working days. Please allow for this lead time plus 2 to 3 days to courier your parcel to you.
Any products that are in stock will be shipped immediately.

Shipping lead times may vary per product and depends on the lead time listed in our product description.
Custom orders & large orders will require longer lead times and will be advised accordingly.

You will receive an email once we have completed your order, packed it up & it’s ready to be shipped to you, along with your tracking number.

We use an economy door-to-door courier service via The Courier Guy to ensure fast and direct delivery anywhere in South Africa.

– KZN (Local): 1 – 2 days
– Main city hubs JHB, Cape Town, PE, EL & surrounds: 2-3 days
– Outlying areas: 3-4 days
Our courier service offers delivery from Monday – Friday 8h00 – 17h00.
